The very first lineup of the festival featured acts such as LCD Soundsystem, M.I.A., and Bloc Party.

Osheaga was originally called “Osheaga Music & Arts Festival” but later changed its name to just “Osheaga” in 2012.

Since its conception, over 1 million fans and hundreds of artists have been a part of the Osheaga experience.
