Established in 2012, The Veld Music Festival is an annual two-day outdoor music festival held in Toronto, Canada, it features a wide variety of electronic music genres and live performances from renowned DJs and producers, but its mainly focused for the EDM community.

The festival includes five stages with over 65 artists, multiple food vendors and other activities. With attendance reaching up to 35,000 people per day, the Veld Music Festival attracts some of the biggest names in the music industry from around the world. It has become one of the most popular summer music festivals in North America and continues to set new standards for production value and entertainment.

Creation Purpose:
The Veld Music Festival was founded by Dario Delgado and Amani Duncan, two lifelong friends with a passion for electronic music. They created the festival aiming to provide a platform for electronic music artists from all over the world to come together and share their talents with fans. By creating this unique event, they wanted to bridge the gap between EDM and mainstream music culture while providing an unforgettable experience for attendees. Today, they continue to be dedicated to creating a buzz-worthy atmosphere each summer that is sure to exceed expectations year after year.

Fun Facts:
The inaugural edition of the Veld Music Festival was held at Downsview Park in Toronto.

Since 2014, the festival has been held each year at Canadian National Exhibition Grounds in Toronto.

In 2017, the Veld Music Festival hosted over 218,000 attendees over two days.

The festival has been recognized by Billboard Magazine as one of North America's largest EDM festivals
