Trendy Artists of the Week: Harry Styles, Mitch Rowland, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, Tokio Hotel, Drake, Mitski

We have a lot of stories to bring, about the hottest musical artist from around the world again: those who had some special interest on our site this week.
Harry Styles

New Mitch Rowland Record Comes Out Through Harry Styles’ Label

Mitch Rowland co-wrote songs for three of Harry Styles’ previous solo albums. Now, the American and the British artist have been continuing on their joint venture in a different set-up: Rowland is putting out a record of his own, while Styles' own record label Erskine Records is the one producing it. Rowland’s debut record “Come June” is coming out this October - so, it’s a bit of a misnomer there…

Styles, as part of his former band, has partnered with another musical act they found promising before. Involving musicians from yet another continent, One Direction bought a 50% stake in the Australian company holding the pop band 5 Seconds of Summer’s intellectual rights in 2014. That deal seems to have worked out for Styles and the other boys, as 5SOS have had quite a career since.

Pinguini Tattici Nucleari Sells Out Reggio Emilia Show

The tactical nuclear penguins, as the band’s name Pinguini Tattici Nucleari translates to English verbatim, are not some small goofy act in Italy. In fact, they just ended a tour in the country which sold a combined 500 thousand tickets over the summer. Their last show at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia was played in front of a packed house of 80,000 people. Impressive!

Heidi Klum Turns Up to Support Her Husband, 16 Years Her Junior, At Tokio Hotel Concert

German supermodel Heidi Klum has been married to Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz since 2019. And it seems to be going well, as Klum recently turned up at the rock band’s Berlin show to support her “hubby”, who is 16 years younger than her, by the way. Kaulitz just turned 34 earlier this month, while Klum celebrated her jubilee 50th birthday in June.

New Drake Album “For All the Dogs” Has Official Release Date Now

Drake

Canadian rap star Drake’s latest album, “Honestly, Never Mind” from last year, was not his best received work, so he has a little bit of redeeming to do with hip hop fans around the world. He has the chance to do so this year already, as his new record “For All the Dogs” is slated to come out in 2023. And now we know the exact date of release: Drake fans, mark your calendar for September 22, less than two weeks from now.

New Single By Mitski Drops

Japanese-American artist Mitski also has a new album coming out this month: “The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We” is the 7th one in her discography. This a brand new cut off of the record, with plenty of new age vibes, linked below for your listening pleasure.
