Maquinaria Festival Santiago 2012

Held in Chile's capital city, Santiago, Maquinaria Festival (now called RockOut Fest) is a rock festival that unites the best of the best of the rock community in only one place. Early editions of the festival had legendary bands like Linkin Park and Queens of the Stone Age hyping up the event.

Even though the event is held in Chile, we can call it a very international event, neighbors from Brazil and Argentina join the festival every year. Not only attendees, but bands from these neighboring countries also join the festival, as an example, Cavalera Conspiracy and Project46 from Brazil also joined the festival in previous editions.

If you're going to the festival, you can expect everything from the top of the heavy metal mainstream like KISS, Slayer, and Stone Sour, to rising bands and musicians like Hielo Negro, and Jorge Gonzalés.
