Picnic Afisha Festival 2019

Held on Russia's beautiful Kolomenskoye estate, the Picnic Afisha Festival is an outdoor jazz festival very popular among jazz lovers across Russia. The event brings together the best of the best from not only the jazz community but also funk, hip-hop, blues, and rock. And one thing is for sure, the event is getting popular every and each year, so if you're planning to go, keep in mind that the might be a lot of people there.

As the event is held outside, is always a good chance for you to prepare a picnic and have a good time outside.

The event also brings some good local and international artists, on previous editions, heavy-weight musicians like Pusha T, Benin City, and The Cure headlined the event.

If you are going to this amazing event, it is worth noting that Kolomenskoye used to be where a king lived, but now it's a big park and museum owned by the government. It's about 6 miles away from the city center to the southeast. So you might as well have some "History time" and go check out the surroundings.
