Open Air Lumnezia 2025
Open Air Lumnezia, also known as Open Air Val Lumnezia, is an electronic and hip-hop music festival held in Degen, Switzerland. The festival began in 1985 as a small rock concert near Vattiz, organized by the young Lumnezia team and attracting around 700 visitors. Despite early challenges, including a rainy event with low attendance, the festival persisted through the founding of the "Uniun Open Air Val Lumnezia" association.
Fast forward 10 years, the festival has grown into a significant event in Graubünden, drawing 2000 attendees. Today, as one of Switzerland's major festivals, it hosts over 18000 visitors annually, though its size was constrained until 2006 due to venue limitations, prompting its move to Degen.
Over the festival editions, heavy-weight artists and groups, such as the Kontra K, Royal Blood, Robin Schulz, and others, performed on the stages.
