Led Zeppelin, formed in 68, Known for their heavy, guitar-driven sound, is one of the most respect rock bands and known for its influence on the hard rock and heavy metal communities. But the party couldn't last forever. Bonham's tragic death in 1980 brought the curtain down - the remaining members knew Zeppelin without Bonzo wasn't Zeppelin at all. They've reunited a few times since (that 2007 show at the O2 Arena in London still has fans talking), but they've mostly let the legend speak for itself.

Between 200 and 300 million albums sold, eight studio masterpieces, and an influence that echoes through every amp cranked to 11 since - Led Zeppelin rewrote the rules of what rock could be, and set new horizons not only for them, but for many other bands that emerged later.
