Kip Moore is a country singer hailing from Tifton, Georgia, US, who released five albums and written for artists like Frankie Ballard and Thompson Square. The country music star started playing guitar in college and performed first at a Mellow Mushroom in Georgia. After college, he lived in Hawaii and then later, moved to Nashville. It was in Nashville that Kip Moore got the help of Brett James to get him his first big deal.
Kip Moore's first single, "Mary Was the Marrying Kind," reached number 45 on Billboard's country charts. By 2011, he released one more single that led to his debut album "Up All Night" one year later. Moore co-wrote all the songs, and Brett James produced them. The album's singles, including "Beer Money" and "Hey Pretty Girl," reached the Top 5. After the release and success of his first album, Kip Moore scrapped his second album to create new material, leading to the release of "I'm to Blame" from his 2015 album "Wild Ones." One year later, he released his first EP, "Underground."
By 2017, he announced his album "Slowheart," released later that same year. From 2019 to 2022, Kip Moore completed his fourth album, named "Wild World." In 2023, Kip Moore released "Damn Love," the first single from his fifth album of the same name, followed by "Kinda Bar" as the second single. In 2024, Kip Moore parted ways with MCA and initially planned to release his sixth album independently. However, by September 2024, he signed a global deal with Virgin Music Group and announced a new single, "Live Here to Work."
