Heavy Montréal, formerly Heavy MTL, is a two-day summer hard rock music festival held at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal, Canada. It also features events at other venues around the city. "MTL" in its former name stood for both "Montreal" and "Metal". The festival was renamed "Heavy Montréal" in 2014, but in 2023, it brought back the "Heavy MTL" name in its logo.

Since it began in 2008, Heavy Montréal has featured top heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden, Mötley Crüe, Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth, and Slipknot. In 2011, a sister event called Heavy T.O. was launched in Toronto, where bands played on different days in both cities. However, Heavy T.O. ended after 2012.

The festival skipped 2017 due to renovations at Parc Jean-Drapeau and Montreal’s 375th anniversary celebrations. In November 2019, it was announced that Heavy Montréal would not take place in 2020, partly because many metal and rock concerts were scheduled for that year.

Every year heavy-weight bands are brought to the festival like Evanescence, Ghost, Skillet, and other giants.
