Bruno Mars Hits Miley Cyrus With Copyright Suit Over “Flowers”
American pop star Miley Cyrus has been taken to court over her 2023 hit “Flowers”. Bruno Mars - or more likely, some of the people at his label - filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement for the similarities between the song and “When I Was Your Man,” a single released by Mars in 2012.
Cyrus’s counsel has already filed a motion to dismiss the case, which most experts agree is likely to be denied. However, this doesn’t mean that she is in a uniquely lot of hot water. Previously, other A-list music stars, such as Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, and Pharrell Williams had faced similar litigation. Of the three, only Williams had an unfavorable ruling.
AC/DC Goes on Explosive European Tour in 2025
Hard rock fans on the old continent can rejoice, AC/DC is coming their way from “down under” this summer. Brian Johnson and the rest of the crew will be hitting cities such as Prague, Czech Republic on June 26th; Berlin, Germany on June 30th; Warsaw, Poland on July 4th; and Madrid, Spain on July 12th. Their final tour date on the docket is in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom on August 21st.

Where does Lana Del Rey live? This is a question many fans would love to know, but, evidently, too exact of an answer would be doxxing. The Architectural Digest magazine shared that her recent marriage licence to tour boat captain Jeremy Dufrene lists her residence in Des Allemands, Louisiana, a small town of just 2,565 people. However, Del Rey also owns multiple pieces of real estate in Los Angeles, California, one of the world’s largest urban centers for “counterbalance”. The indie pop singer has an estimated net worth of around $30 million.
Duran Duran Schedules Concert at Circus Maximus
After nearly 50 years, the legendary British pop rock band Duran Duran is still going strong. In fact, this summer, they will be doing two shows at one of the most iconic venues in the world, the Circus Maximus in Rome, Italy. The concerts are scheduled for June 15th and 16th this year.
Chappell Roan Drops New Single “The Giver”
One of music’s new rising stars is Chappell Roan. Whenever she puts out a new song, it’s going to generate some buzz these days. The single ‘The Giver” is her first foray into the genre of country music - although she reportedly plans on sticking to pop in the near future.
